现有AGV的主要问题 自动导引车(AGV)是柔性制造系统的有代表性的装置,它可组合到任意一种制造系统中去。AGV不需要轨道,可方便地改变停车位置及行走路线。 但是人们很清楚,过去的AGV系统在变换停车位置和改变行车路线时,并不象人们望期的那样灵活,最主要的问题是它的自由程度不够。限制它自由程度的主要因素是它的导引技术和通信手段等基础技术,因此专家们正在对基础技术进行改进。
The main problems of the existing AGV AGV is a representative device of flexible manufacturing system, which can be combined into any manufacturing system. The AGV does not require tracks and can easily change parking locations and walking routes. However, it is clear that the old AGV system was not as flexible as people expected in changing parking positions and driving directions. The main problem was that it was not free enough. The main factor that limits its degree of freedom is its basic technology such as guidance technology and communication means, so experts are improving the basic technology.
