对轿车的要求,除有高功率、低燃油消耗、低噪声和低排污以外,最近又增加了加速感和音色等涉及人员感官的项目。丰田汽车公司在其所有的汽油喷射式发动机上都采用了电子控制系统(以下简称 TCCS)。此外,爆燃控制、可变进气管以及稀燃式发动机上的进气道涡流阀等新结构,也大都采用电子控制。本文就丰田轿车发动机用电子控制系统的基本功能、控制方式和电子控制装置(ECU)进行说明。
In addition to the high power, low fuel consumption, low noise and low emission, the demand for cars has recently added items related to human senses such as acceleration and sound. Toyota Motor Corporation has adopted an electronic control system (TCCS) for all of its gasoline injection engines. In addition, the deflagration control, variable intake manifold and lean-burn engine inlet vortex valve and other new structures, but also the use of electronic control. This paper describes the basic functions, control methods and electronic control unit (ECU) of the electronic control system of Toyota sedan engine.
