研究简单抗火设计方法对轴向载荷作用下一侧暴露于火的墙板的薄壁钢螺栓的适用性。该简单方法包括高温下截面温度和极限承载力的计算。简化方法计算截面热传递时将截面分成若干段;墙板的热性能由所含构件热性能的加权平均值得到;结构承载力计算方法基于直接强度法。设计方法的计算结果与有限元模拟的热传递和结构分析(236个模型)结果相符,该方法能用于同类建筑工程的性能化消防设计。
Applicability of simple fire-resistance design methods to thin-walled steel bolts on wall panels exposed to fire on one side under axial load. This simple method includes the calculation of section temperature and ultimate bearing capacity at high temperature. The simplified method is used to calculate the section heat transfer cross-section into several sections; the thermal performance of the wallboard is obtained by the weighted average of the thermal properties of the contained components; and the calculation method of the structural bearing capacity is based on the direct intensity method. The calculated results of the design method are consistent with the results of the heat transfer and structural analysis (236 models) of the finite element simulation, which can be used for the performance-based fire design of similar construction projects.
