在课堂教学的探究中,笔者一直尝试着“三心”“二意”五部曲。经过几年的实践,初见成效。一、“三心”1.爱心新课程倡导以人为本,教师在教学设计时,也应以人的主体性、能动性、个性为宗旨,教师应做到心中有学生,从心里爱着他们。教学各个环节要符合学生的心理要求,倡导各抒己见,自主探究的学习模式,激发学生的求知欲望。在课堂教学中,教师要用心营造一种平等、民主、宽松的教学氛围,建立新型师生关系,打破师道尊严,视学生为同一战壕里的战友。美国心理学家威普·詹姆斯说过:“人性最深刻的
