所谓强力夯实法,即由起吊装置将夯锤提起,高度一般达到10~30米,然后脱钩,靠夯锤自由落体的能量来完成夯实软土地基的一种施工方法。最近几年来,国内、外用强夯法处理软土地基的已有不少工程,这些工程中的强夯都是使用了自动脱钩装置。但还需要人工完成夯锤的吊挂工作,这样每台班都必需占用一个工人。在挂钩工作中,又得跳上夯锤作业,操作十分麻烦劳累。为简化操作,改善作业劳动强度,节省劳力,缩短挂钩时间。我单位将强夯挂钩装置进行改进,制成如图所示的自动脱钩和挂钩装置。

Our unit will strengthen the hook device for improvement and make the automatic release and hook device as shown in the picture.
