1病例资料患者,男,89岁,因鼻出血8 d,口腔出血并血红蛋白骤降3 d 2016年3月6日晨入院。入院前8d因鼻出血在当地医院给予局部压迫止血治疗后出血停止。入院前3d出现口腔溃疡并出血,Hb 135 g·L~(-1)。入院前1d在当地医院住院,上午查Hb 105 g·L~(-1),下午4时出现腹胀,无口鼻出血、恶心呕
1 Case data Patients, male, 89 years old, due to epistaxis for 8 days, oral bleeding and hemoglobin plunged 3 d 2016 March 6 morning admission. 8d before admission due to epistaxis in the local hospital to give local oppression to stop bleeding after hemostasis. Oral ulcers and hemorrhage occurred on the third day before admission, with Hb 135 g · L ~ (-1). One day before admission, patients were hospitalized in the local hospital.
