目的探讨铜管型输精管内节育栓的节育效果及使用寿命。方法将自制非阻断性镀银铜输精管节育栓置入家兔输精管内 ,观察 5 2周内Cu2 + 、Zn2 + 、精子活动率的变化规律。结果Cu2 +释放的高峰时间、持续时间均高于国内外报道的其它类型的铜输精管节育栓 ,且精子活动率的下降极其明显 ;Zn2 + 无明显变化。结论自制镀银铜输精管节育栓具有良好的节育效果
Objective To investigate the birth control efficacy and service life of copper tube vas deferens. Methods The homemade non-blocking silver-plated copper vas deferens were placed in the vas deferens, and the changes of Cu2 +, Zn2 + and sperm motility in 52 weeks were observed. Results The peak time and the duration of Cu2 + release were all higher than those of other types of copper vas deferens that were reported at home and abroad, and the decrease of sperm motility rate was extremely obvious. There was no obvious change of Zn2 +. Conclusion Self-made silver-plated copper vas deferens have a good effect of birth control
