Niya Chemashko is a member of the Geneva-based Social Democratic Labor Party group in Geneva and a journalist of Lenin’s permanent proletariat in Geneva. International news that he wrote for the “proletarian newspaper” has been repeatedly praised by Lenin. In August 1907, he joined the Stuttgart International Socialist Congress in his dual capacity as a member of the Geneva team and the Central Organ. In November of the same year, “Proletarians” were forced to move from home to Geneva.
