目的合理评估我国目前的生态文明建设状况,对生态文明水平较低的省市提出改善措施。方法选取与生态文明建设有关的23个指标,用神经网络等方法处理原始数据,最终建立系统综合发展水平指数模型。结果 1)北京经济发达但生态文明程度状况较差。2)甘肃因原始生态和经济原因,其生态文明状况最差。3)浙江、江苏等省市经济与环境同时发展,生态文明程度较高。结论政府部门可以采取增加城市森林覆盖率或降低居民消费指数等措施,来提高生态文明水平和人民生活质量。
Objective To reasonably assess the current situation of ecological civilization construction in our country and propose improvement measures for provinces and municipalities with low levels of ecological civilization. Methods Twenty-three indexes related to the construction of ecological civilization were selected, and the original data were processed by neural networks and other methods. Finally, a comprehensive index system of development level was established. Results 1) Beijing has a developed economy but a poor ecological civilization. 2) Gansu has the worst ecological civilization due to its original ecological and economic reasons. 3) Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces and cities simultaneously develop their economy and environment with a high level of ecological civilization. Conclusions Government departments can take such measures as increasing urban forest coverage or lowering the consumer spending index to improve the level of ecological civilization and the quality of people’s life.
