稠油的特点是粘度高,密度大,流动性差。油井生产周期短,注汽频繁,尤其放喷后期,压力降低,温度下降,原油粘度增大,流动性变差,管线回压较高不能正常生产。在放喷井后期采取的管理方法是:(1)井口采油树缠电加热带进行保温,防止井口闸门冻堵打不开。(2)井口连接比例泵加装两块流量计,与可调式油嘴小循环连接进行地面掺油保证软管线不被堵塞,同时套管进行地下掺油生产,这样能保证井底的原油和稀油混合后再与地面稀油混合防止回压增高,堵塞管线,再利用接力泵进行生产,把油集输至站内。
