劳动条件的改善,对保护工人免受毒物危害具有重大意义。1976年,曾对太原铁路局电务修配厂鱼尾板车间进行了卫生学调查,发现在生产过程中释放出多种有害气体和粉尘,污染车间空气,对工人的身体健康产生某些危害。当时,工厂在有限的条件下,调整了劳动组织,并加强了工人的个人防护。1977年我们又协助工厂对各生产环节采取密闭、通风、半机械化等一系列的卫生技术措施,进一步改善工人的劳动条件。同年年底和1978年,对其效果作了鉴定,兹将改善措施和鉴定结果报导如下: 一、卫生防护措施 1.拌料工序:将拌料筒的容量由0.79米~3扩大至1.54米~3,并配置自动加料斗(图1)。这样,
