自从Khler和Milstein1975年创立细胞融合方法以来,各种各样的单克隆抗体(单抗)被生产出来了。由于血液成分取材方便、易于保存,又有许多现成细胞系。因此在单抗生产中与血细胞和血成分有关的单抗获得最多,发展最快。归纳起来大致有如下4种类型。 1、抗血型抗原单抗:目前已经获得了小鼠免疫球蛋白(Ig)来源的单抗有抗ABO、MN、Kell、Lewis和P等血型系统抗体。抗Rh系统单抗基本上都是从人×人杂交获得的。 2.抗HLA系统抗原单抗:已经登记的抗Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类抗原单抗有300余种。 3.抗人类白细胞分化抗原单抗:即以CD命名的单抗有近千种,已由国际单抗鉴定协作组确定的有50种,分属于45个CD群中。分别与造血细胞、T、B淋
