近10年来,有关室性心动过速(VT)尤其是阵发性室性心动过速(PVT)的研究已愈益引人注目。由于多种动态心电图新技术的应用,为VT的诊断提供了重要的线索。再者,目前采用心室内程序调搏法可准确地诱发并终止VT,同时记录心肌电活动,从而阐明了VT发病机制。特别值得提出的是近年抗心律失常药物电生理研究的进展如下;(1) 药物解除VT的机理;(2)前瞻性研究预期院外长期用药的疗效;(3)各种抗心律失常药对于病态心脏的有益及不利作用。
In the past 10 years, research on ventricular tachycardia (VT) especially paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PVT) has drawn more and more attention. As a result of a variety of new applications of Holter, it provides important clues for the diagnosis of VT. In addition, VT is accurately induced and terminated by cardiac pacing at the moment, and cardiac electrical activity is recorded at the same time, thus clarifying the pathogenesis of VT. In particular, the progress made in the electrophysiological study of antiarrhythmic drugs in recent years is as follows: (1) the mechanism of drug release VT; (2) the prospective study of the expected efficacy of long-term outpatient drug use; and (3) The beneficial and detrimental effects of the heart.
