例2为男性41岁患者,主诉耳聋及耳鸣,1981年6月17日潜水后即刻感到左耳聋、耳鸣及堵塞感,6月25日就诊,左耳于会话音域平均听力损失71分贝,为感音性聋,用循环改善剂、ATP、和维生素治疗,四日后自觉症状改善,一周后恢复.受伤后一个月于7月17日再度潜水又出现左耳聋、耳鸣及堵塞感,3日后就诊,按上次同样药物治疗,症状改善.1982年5月28日潜水中右耳聋、耳鸣,次日右耳听力损失80分贝,为感音性聋,按同样上述药物治疗,约10日后恢复.1982年8月3日约10米深度潜水后出现第三次左耳聋、耳鸣及堵塞感,次日用药物治疗,5日后听力改善,8月20日左耳受到近距离小儿玩具手枪震击,出现了第四次左耳聋及耳鸣,用药物治疗,听力恢复过程与上次很相似,10日后大致恢复正常.
