The 2nd Ancient Chinese Academic Symposium was held in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, August 16 ~ 21, 1992. Nearly 70 participants, from all over the country 48 units, to submit papers more than 40 articles. The conference focused on the academic issues related to establishing the ancient Chinese grammar system.
