为了尽快实现高产、优质、高效的生产目标,河北省政府决定在种植业方面积极推广一种新型复合肥料——涂层尿素(也叫高效涂层尿素或长效尿素)。这是“七五”期间国家重点攻关项目的研究成果,1990年列入国家科委“星火计划”项目,这项技术是从广东氮肥厂引进的,沧州和邯郸等化肥厂已批量生产。无毒、无污染,改善了尿素的质量,提高了氮素利用率,适宜在各种土壤和各种作物上施用。——编者——
In order to achieve the goal of high yield, high quality and high efficiency as soon as possible, the government of Hebei Province decided to actively promote a new compound fertilizer-coated urea (also called high-efficiency coated urea or long-acting urea) in the planting industry.
