用LX—3引伸仪,根据GB5028—85测定应变硬化指数n值,介绍获取拉伸过程中各点的负荷应变数对的方法及计算n值的公式。测试结果表明,试验方法可靠,但仍存在局限性。
Using the LX-3 extensometer to determine the strain hardening index n value according to GB5028-85, a method for obtaining the pair of load strain numbers at various points in the drawing process and the formula for calculating the value of n are introduced. Test results show that the test method is reliable, but there are still limitations.
