在一些无中风史的病人中,CT扫描偶然发现无症状性脑梗塞形成。1990年1月～1994年10月我院共收治脑梗塞350例,全部经头颅CT确诊,其中无症状性脑梗塞20例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:无症状性脑梗塞20例中,男12例,女8例,年龄62～79岁,平均65岁。有高血压病史15例,其中入院后发现高血压3例,糖尿病5例。冠心病10例,其中慢性冠状动脉供血不足7例,心律紊乱房颤3例。高心病3例。风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄合并房颤1例,吸烟12例(每日5支
In some stroke-free patients, CT scanning occasionally found asymptomatic cerebral infarction. 1990 January to 1994 October in our hospital received a total of 350 cases of cerebral infarction, all confirmed by skull CT, of which 20 cases of asymptomatic cerebral infarction, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: Asymptomatic cerebral infarction in 20 cases, 12 males and 8 females, aged 62 to 79 years, mean 65 years.
