不久前欣赏了一部现代豫剧:《村官李天成》。此剧讲述了一位“村官”领导一个现代化村庄,培育一批高觉悟、高素质的干部与全村人民共建互助互帮和谐村庄的故事。村官李天成的领导秘诀就是俩字:“吃亏”。就像该剧主题歌《吃亏歌》所唱的:当干部就应该能吃亏,能吃亏就自然少是非;当干部就应该肯吃亏,肯吃亏就自然有权威;当干部就应该常吃亏,常吃亏就自然有作为;当干部就应该多吃亏,多吃亏就自然有伴随。
