目的 为补血宁神片质量标准再提高提供科学依据。方法 采用薄层色谱法 ,分别建立方中主要组成药味———首乌藤、鸡血藤、熟地黄的鉴别方法。结果 所建立的方法经过多批次样品的实验 ,具有简便、快速、专属、稳定、可重复的特点。结论 方法可用于该方质量控制
Objective To provide scientific basis for further improvement of the quality standard of Buxue Ningshen Tablets. Methods Thin-layer chromatography was used to establish the identification methods for the main constituents of the prescription, namely Radix Polygoni multiflori, Spatholobus suberectus, and Rehmannia glutinosa. Results The established method was simple, fast, exclusive, stable, and repeatable after multiple batches of samples. Conclusion Method can be used for quality control of this party
