山西运城盐湖南风集团在短短的10年内,企业历经了厂长负责制、中外合资企业和现代股份制三种截然不同的管理体制。企业的名字由盐化局,改为中外合资鸿运股份有限公司,到如今的南风集团。这个国有大型一类企业的牌子一换再换,管理方式一变再变,相互间的称谓也是一改再改。然而,这里武装部的牌子依旧,工作性质依旧,不仅没有受到削弱,而且得到了有力加强。企业民兵工作与企业发展同频共振,相得益彰。
