The utilization of waste tires is affiliated to the environmental protection and renewable resource recycling industry in China. The waste tires are listed into the key field for renewable resource recycling in the Guideline on “the 12th Five-Year Plan” Resource Comprehensive Utilization issued by NDRC on December 10, 2011 again.
