青海油田涩北气田立足建设发展实际,着眼气田发展目标和引领员工价值观念,经过近二十年的发展积淀和总结提炼,在深入开展学习实践科学发展观和推进管理提升工作的大背景下,2010年至今全面启动企业文化“整合创新提升”工程,作为推动气田科学发展上水平的“筑魂”工程,形成特色文化,提升整体形象和发展水平。气田先后获得中石油集团公司“思想政治工作先进集体”和全国“企业文化建设先进单位”等荣誉称号。
