热连轧机轧制温度的预测和控制是整个带钢轧制的关键,对于计算机控制的带钢热轧机来说尤其是这样。这是因为轧制温度是影响产品精度、性能及工厂能源消耗的主要因素。换句话说,温度的波动将直接影响产品的质量和工厂的经济指标,所以人们在热轧带钢生产中对温度给予了极大的注意,预测和控制终轧温度也就成了国内外计算机控制带钢热轧机的主要研究课题之一。本文仅就这一问题,谈谈作者在这方面所做的一些工作。
