思想政治工作是党的优良传统和工作优势。企业思想政治工作是实现统一思想、凝聚人心、化解矛盾、调节情绪、提振精神的一项基础性工作,是企业党的工作的重要组成部分,也是企业企业管理的有机组成部分,而管理又是企业发展的永恒主题。社会主义市场经济条件下,企业的思想政治工作出现了前所未有的新问题、新挑战。如何实现思想政治工作和企业管理的结合成为摆在我们面前的重大难题,需要探索二者融合的方法和技巧。
Ideological and political work is an excellent tradition and work advantage of the party.
