To train cadres on a large scale according to the needs of the four modernizations is an important task at present. Our institutions of higher learning take for granted the glorious task of training cadres. Our school is entrusted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery to hold cadre training courses. Over three years of practice have proved that higher education institutions have the task of training cadres. It is an important task with high requirements, great significance and promising development prospects.
