目的:利用高效液相色谱法对小叶榕叶的指纹图谱进行研究,为鉴定小叶榕药材提供依据。方法:以异牡荆苷为对照品,测定不同产地的10个样品以及不同采收期的12个样品的色谱图谱。结果:小叶榕叶中所含成分的各色谱峰均得到了有效的分离,在指纹图谱中共有峰有17个,能有效的用于鉴定小叶榕叶,并区别于易混淆品种垂叶榕叶。结论:该方法具有较强的特征性及专属性,可以为不同产地、不同采收期的小叶榕叶药材的鉴定及质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective: To use high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to study the fingerprints of Loquat leaf to provide basis for identifying the medicinal materials of Loquatia. Methods: The chromatograms of 10 samples from different producing areas and 12 samples from different harvesting periods were determined with isovitexin as the reference substance. Results: The chromatographic peaks of the components contained in loquat leaf were all effectively segregated. There were 17 common peaks in the fingerprint spectrum, which can be used effectively to identify the leaflets of lobules and distinguish them from the leaves of the cultivars. Conclusion: This method has strong characteristic and specificity, which can provide scientific basis for the identification and quality control of the medicinal materials of Lobular Lobular and Leaf in different areas and at different harvesting periods.
