随着我国高等教育模式由精英教育向大众教育转变,大学生的考录比大大增加,但是随之而来的问题是大学生面临着越来越大的就业压力,独立学院作为公办高校与社会力量合作办学的产物,其内的学生在面临就业时显得更为困难,人力资源管理中的职业生涯规划理论在帮助学生成功就业方面可以起到一定的作用,笔者故以广东省某独立学院行政管理专业学生的职业生涯规划现状为例进行分析与探讨。
