目的：探讨硝酸甘油联合美托诺尔治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法：以我院2014年6月—2015年6月收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予硝酸甘油+美托诺尔。结果：对照组总有效率为80%，观察组总有效率为93.33%（P<0.05）。对照组2例用药后出现轻度胃部不适，1例头痛，观察组用药后2例轻度咳嗽，1例头痛（P>0.05）。结论：硝酸甘油联合美托诺尔治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切，且不增加不良反应，值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of nitroglycerin combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: Ninety patients with chronic heart failure admitted from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given nitroglycerin + metronorol on the basis of the control group. Results: The total effective rate was 80% in the control group and 93.33% in the observation group (P & lt; 0.05). Two patients in control group had mild stomach discomfort after treatment, one had headache, two had mild cough and one had headache (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Nitroglycerin combined with Metonolol is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure, and does not increase adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
