毕业生对母校的满意度关系到学校的可持续发展,对江苏城市职业学院近三年高职毕业生满意度调查反馈了学校在教学、学生工作、生活服务等方面存在的问题。事实表明,学校的教学水平和教学组织环节、校园硬件条件和文化环境、师生关系和人文关怀、职业生涯教育和引导的成效等是影响毕业生对母校满意度的主要因素。高职院校必须深化人才培养模式改革,构建系统化、多层次的实践教学体,建立和完善全程化、精准化、个性化的职业生涯发展教育体系,努力建构和谐的师生关系,加强校园环境建设,营造全员育人氛围,以此提升学生对学校的满意度。
Satisfaction of graduates with their alma mater is related to the sustainable development of their schools. The survey on the satisfaction of graduates of higher vocational schools in Jiangsu Urban Vocational College in the recent three years provides feedback on the existing problems in teaching, student work and living services. The facts show that the main factors that affect graduates’ satisfaction with their alma maters are the level of teaching, the organizational links in teaching, the hardware and cultural environment of the campus, the relationship between teachers and students, humanistic concern, career education and the effectiveness of guidance. Higher vocational colleges must deepen the reform of personnel training mode, construct a systematic and multi-level practical teaching body, establish and improve a full-time, accurate and personalized career development education system, strive to construct a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and strengthen the campus Environmental construction, creating a full staffing atmosphere, in order to enhance student satisfaction with the school.
