处于城郊山区农村初中学校青年教师专业成长一直是困扰学校管理层的一个难题,本文在推进青年教师专业成长的实践过程中,主要在观摩学习、教育教学、行动研究和培训方式等四个层面进行了探索,并取得了一定成效。
