东府办〔2012〕77号各镇人民政府(街道办事处),市府直属各单位:《东莞市消防工作“十二五”规划》业经市人民政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。东莞市人民政府办公室二〇一二年五月三十一日东莞市消防工作“十二五”规划“十二五”时期,是我市加快推进经济社会转型,基本实现社会主义现代化的关键时期。为全面提升“十二五”期间火灾防控和灭火应急救援水平,维护社会和谐稳定,促进全市经济社会持续健康发展,依据《中华人民共和国消防法》、《广东省消防工作“十二五”规划》、《东莞市国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》,结合我市实际,特制定本规划。
