一、抽风机是烧结生产的关键设备,在烧结过程中燃料燃烧时需要空气的吸入及燃烧后废气的引出,都是依靠抽风机来完成。而抽风机的转子又是抽风机的重要部件。由于抽风机的转子长期在高温含尘的气流下工作,时刻受到含铁粉尘的冲刷,因此在抽风机运行过程中,转子必然要受到磨损。目前抽风机的转子在我国尚不能大批制造,如何延长抽风机转子寿命就成为烧结工作者的重要任务之一。石钢烧结厂的3、4号烧结机的抽风机从1959年9月份开始使用以来,至1962年9月和11月分别进行迁建,在迁建
