浅层X线治疗多发性跖疣的疗效,至今国内报道甚少。现将我科五年间治疗的33例报告如下。 一、一般资料 33例中男19例,女14例。年龄18～40岁。病期3月～10年,多数患者曾分别应用过电灼、冷冻、手术,外擦药及全身治疗等方法,疗效不佳。 二、治疗方法 ①物理条件:80KV,10mA,1mm铝滤板,焦皮距20～40cm,分次量200～250R。每周两次,疗程总量为1000～1750R。半价层2.6mm铝滤板。 ②观察标准:痊愈:治疗后1～1.5月,跖疣全部脱落,疼痛消失(附图)。好转:跖疣部分脱落,或脱落不完全,疼痛减轻。无效:跖疣无变化,疼痛依然存在。
Shallow X-ray treatment of multiple plantar warts, so far little domestic reports. Now five years of treatment in our department 33 cases are as follows. First, the general information 33 cases of male 19 cases, 14 females. Age 18 to 40 years old. Disease period of 3 months to 10 years, the majority of patients have been applied over electrocautery, freezing, surgery, rubbing outside the body and other methods of treatment, poor efficacy. Second, the treatment ① physical conditions: 80KV, 10mA, 1mm aluminum filter board, focal length 20 ~ 40cm, sub-200 ~ 250R. Twice a week, the total course of 1000 ~ 1750R. Half-price 2.6mm aluminum filter plate. ② observation criteria: cured: 1 to 1.5 months after treatment, plantar warts are all off, the pain disappeared (with photos). Improvement: Some plantar wart off, or incomplete fall, reduce pain. Invalid: no changes in plantar warts, pain still exists.
