为研究烧结时间对锆英石物相、结构及微观形貌的影响,以ZrO2和SiO2粉体为原料,通过研磨、烘干、压制成型,在1 550℃下分别保温8~72h进行样品的烧结制备。利用XRD和SEM对获得的系列样品进行表征,利用Fullprof精修软件对样品晶胞参数进行精细化计算分析。结果表明,锆英石晶粒呈板块状排列堆积,存在一定的孔隙,随着烧结时间的延长样品的致密化程度逐渐增强,并且烧结时间过长晶粒会出现熔融态;此外,保温时间对锆英石结晶度有较大影响,保温时间在44h之前,样品结晶度逐渐增强,保温时间超过44h,结晶度又逐渐开始减弱;因此选取适宜的合成温度、适当的保温时间有助于提高固化体合成率及固化体的物理化学性能。
In order to study the effect of sintering time on the phase, structure and microstructure of zircon, ZrO2 and SiO2 powders were ground, dried and pressed into shape respectively and incubated at 1 550 ℃ for 8 ~ 72h respectively Sintering preparation.
