目的调查丁青县甘岩乡38人食物中毒的原因,为预防和处置类似事件提供科学依据。方法采取现场流行病学调查、临床症状分析,对患者血液、粪便及剩余食品进行微生物检测,实验室采用肉毒毒素(A/B/E/F型)核酸检测试剂盒(荧光PCR法)进行检测。结果中毒人员均食用了被肉毒杆菌污染的病死牛肉,从患者的血液、粪便及剩余牛肉样本中检出了A型、B型和E型肉毒毒素。结论本次食物中毒系食用了肉毒杆菌污染的病死牛肉引起,藏区需加强食品卫生知识宣传力度,改变当地居民不良的饮食习惯,预防肉毒毒素中毒的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning in 38 people in GanYan village, DingQing county, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of similar incidents. Methods The on-site epidemiological investigation and clinical symptom analysis were carried out to detect the micro-organism of blood, feces and residual food in the laboratory. The laboratory adopted the botulinum toxin type A / B / E / F nucleic acid detection kit (fluorescence PCR method) Detection. As a result, all poisoned persons consumed the dead beef contaminated with Botox and botulinum toxin types A, B and E were detected from the patient’s blood, stool and excess beef samples. Conclusion The food poisoning was caused by the consumption of the dead beef contaminated by Botox, and Tibetan areas should step up publicity of food hygiene knowledge, change the bad eating habit of local residents and prevent the occurrence of botulinum toxin poisoning.
