近年来随着我国高等教育由精英型向大众型的转变,贫困生已成为高校乃至社会普遍关注的一个群体。在国家和社会的帮助下,贫困生的物质困难已从一定程度上得到了缓解,但贫困生的心理问题却日益突出。本文针对目前高校普遍存在的贫困生群体的心理问题,从其成因和对策两个方面进行了论述,探讨了目前如何做好贫困生的心理脱贫工作,提高贫困生的心理素质,从而做好高校学生工作。
In recent years, with the transformation of China’s higher education from elite to mass, poor students have become a universal concern in colleges and even in society. With the help of the state and society, the material difficulties of poor students have been alleviated to a certain extent, but the psychological problems of poor students have become increasingly prominent. This article aims at the current psychological problems of poor students in colleges and universities from two aspects of their causes and countermeasures discussed how to do a good job of poor students psychological poverty alleviation to improve the psychological quality of poor students, student work.
