为了提高门式起重机的设计质量和工作效率,以APDL为二次开发工具,建立了某40 t级U形门式起重机的参数化模型。在分析刚性支腿加劲肋对整机稳定性、强度、刚度等影响规律的基础上,利用Ansys的结构优化设计功能,对门式起重机支腿系统进行轻量化设计。相比于原设计方案,优化后的结构加劲肋布置方式明显改善,质量减轻了19.98%,支腿系统轻量化效果明显,为起重机支腿系统和类似结构的设计提供了参考。
In order to improve the design quality and work efficiency of gantry crane, a parametric model of a 40 t U-gantry crane was established based on APDL as secondary development tool. Based on the analysis of the influence law of rigid leg stiffener on the stability, strength and stiffness of the complete machine, Ansys structural optimization design function is adopted to design the lightweight leg outrigger system. Compared with the original design, the optimized arrangement of stiffener has been improved obviously, the quality has been reduced by 19.98%, the weight reduction effect of leg system has been obvious, which provides a reference for the design of crane leg system and similar structure.
