电碳制品焙烧时,进行着一系列复杂的物理——化学变化,而热量传递是不可忽视的变化之一。本文从加热方式浅谈制品的焙烧速度。制品加热时,其外层有较高而内层有较低的温度,在制品中一定有一个等温面,此面上之各点等于制品的平均温度,将此面称为中性面或等温面。制品等温面的温度在200℃左右时,它处于最大的膨胀和最大的塑性。正因为此时制品的塑性大,因此对由于体积变化而产生的内应力有缓冲作用。
