目的:观察中药复方别敏胶囊对呼吸道变应性模型小鼠内分泌免疫功能的影响。方法:利用卵清蛋白建立呼吸道变应性小鼠模型,采用苏木精和伊红染色观察肺组织病理变化,运用流式细胞仪检测脾淋巴细胞中Th1和Th2细胞变化,利用酶联免疫吸附测定方法检测脾淋巴细胞培养上清白细胞介素4(interleukin-4 ,IL-4)、白细胞介素5(interleukin-5 ,IL-5)、干扰素γ(interferon-gamma ,INF-γ)水平及血清皮质酮浓度。结果:别敏能够明显减轻模型小鼠肺组织的炎症反应,降低模型小鼠Th2细胞及其细胞因子IL-4、IL-5水平,升高Th1细胞及其细胞因子INF-γ水平,显著抑制模型小鼠内源性皮质酮水平的下降。结论:别敏对机体内分泌免疫系统功能紊乱的调节作用可能是其治疗呼吸道变应性疾病的重要机制之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound Biemin capsule on endocrine immune function in mice with respiratory allergic model. METHODS: A mouse model of respiratory allergies was established using ovalbumin. Pathological changes in lung tissue were observed with hematoxylin and eosin staining. Th1 and Th2 cell changes in spleen lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Determination of interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5), and interferon-gamma (INF-γ) levels in culture supernatants of splenic lymphocytes And serum corticosterone concentrations. Results: Dominant can significantly reduce the inflammatory response of lung tissue in model mice, decrease the levels of Th2 cells and cytokines IL-4, IL-5 in model mice, increase the levels of Th1 cells and cytokines INF-γ, and significantly inhibit Decreased levels of endogenous corticosterone in model mice. Conclusion: The regulation of the dysfunction of the body’s endocrine immune system may be one of the important mechanisms for its treatment of respiratory allergic diseases.
