浙江省象山县在强化婚前医学检查法制化管理工作中，为各级领导当好参谋，密切协调各部门关系，精简了婚前医学检查单位，加强婚检队伍建设，统一了婚前医学检查收费标准，提高了婚检质量，婚检率从１９９５年的８７．１％提高到１９９７年的９５．０％，疾病检出率由１９９５年的９．６％提高到１９９７年的１４．６％。
