评价了注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等所致的泌尿生殖道感染 5 0例患者的疗效和安全性 ,结果显示有效率为 76% ,痊愈率为 68% ,病原微生物阴转率和清除率分别为 89.9%和 82 .0 %。不良反应轻微 ,发生率为 10 .0 %。结果表明注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素是治疗泌尿生殖道感染安全有效的药物。
The efficacy and safety of 50 cases of genitourinary infections caused by gonococcal lactose injection and lactobacilli were evaluated.
