肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁患者的身体健康和生命安全.经外周中心静脉置管（PICC）是癌症患者进行静脉治疗的主要方式,其操作简单、易于维护、安全性高、留置时间长,在临床中应用广泛.导管相关血流感染（CRBSI）是PICC较为常见的一种并发症,处理难度较大,不仅会加重患者的治疗负担和生理痛苦,还会削弱患者的治疗依从性,直接影响癌症的最终治疗效果.
