作为公共艺术的城市雕塑,公共性是其显著特点,但它毕竟是一种艺术创作,是很个性化的。因此,在城市雕塑的建设中往往存在着公共性与个性之间的矛盾,解决好两者的矛盾是搞好城市雕塑的关键。此外,城市雕塑的个性与共性的关系,也是当前城市雕塑建设要引起注意的问题,处在同一环境的各种雕塑,应该有它们的共性特征。只有有了众多(不是一两件)与城市环境相融,富有个性而又具整体特色的城市雕塑,才能真正彰显一个城市的个性。
As a city sculpture of public art, publicity is its salient features, but after all, it is an art creation that is very personal. Therefore, in the construction of urban sculpture, there often exists the contradiction between publicity and individuality. Solving the contradiction between the two is the key to improve urban sculpture. In addition, the relationship between individuality and commonality of urban sculpture is also a problem that should be paid attention to in the current urban sculpture construction. All kinds of sculptures in the same environment should have their common characteristics. Only with a large number of (not one or two) urban sculptures that are urban and culturally integrated and distinctive, can one truly embody a city's personality.
