日本厚生省爱滋病(获得性免疫缺陷综合征,AIDS)调查研讨委员会认为,随着对AIDS 研究的进展,已确认是病毒引起,并增进了新的实践知识,故有必要对1984年3月制定的“诊断指南”作一修订,现将其内容介绍如下:1.性别,年龄:主要是成年男性。2.高危人群:①男性同性恋者,经常接受静脉注射者,接受由流行地区引进的血液制剂者,及与上述人员频繁密切接触有性生活者,②上项人员之配偶,③与AIDS 流行地区的外国人频繁密切接触并有性生活机会者。
