AP1000是西屋公司开发的先进非能动压水堆。本文描述了AP1000主控室设备(PDSP和SDSP机柜)抗震鉴定试验的试验目的、试验装置、试验方法、试验内容和试验结果。试验目的在于考核设备的刚度、强度以及其在地震载荷作用时和作用后的性能指标。试验在中国核动力研究设计院核级设备鉴定中心进行。试验中通过正弦扫描和白噪声探查了样机三个轴向的固有频率及阻尼比,并采用多频波法在样机的三个轴向同时输入模拟加速度时程激振,利用地震台台面加速度作为控制信号完成抗震鉴定试验。试验结果表明,样机在试验中及试验后结构完整,功能完好,满足规范要求。
The AP1000 is an advanced non-dynamic pressurized water reactor developed by Westinghouse. This article describes the purpose of the AP1000 main control room equipment (PDSP and SDSP cabinet) seismic test, test equipment, test methods, test content and test results. The purpose of the test is to evaluate the stiffness and strength of the equipment and its performance when and after seismic loading. The experiment was conducted at the Nuclear Equipment Identification Center of China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute. The natural frequency and damping ratio of three prototypes of the prototype were probed with sine and white noise in the experiment. The multi-frequency wave method was used to simulate the acceleration time-history excitation in the three axial directions of the prototype simultaneously. The acceleration of the mesa was used as the control signal Complete seismic evaluation test. The test results show that the prototype has intact structure and perfect functions after the test and test, meeting the requirements of the code.
