过去生产的碳酸氢销注射液中常出现许多小白点和烟雾状现象,影响了临床应用。几年来,我们反复进行研究和实验,发现产生小白点及烟雾状现象的主要原因是钙(Ca~(++))和镁(Mg~(++))的沉淀。实践证明,加50～60ppm的E.D.T.A—Na后,可使钙、镁生成可溶性络合物。这样就大大提高了澄明度合格率,由原来的百分之几,提高到百分之九十以上。
The past production of bicarbonate injection often appear many white spots and smoke phenomenon, affecting the clinical application. Over the past few years, we repeated research and experiments and found that the main causes of white spots and smoke-like phenomenon is the precipitation of calcium (Ca ~ (++)) and magnesium (Mg ~ (++)). Practice has proved that, plus 50 ~ 60ppm E.D.T.A-Na, calcium and magnesium can make soluble complexes. This greatly improves the pass rate of clarity, from the original few percent, increased to more than 90 percent.
