病案统计是医院管理工作的一个重要组成部分,也是医院上级进行各项管理活动的重要依据。然而随着医院管理不断向现代化迈进,新模式以及新设备的运用,使病案统计工作存在的问题越来越多,如不及时处理必定会影响医院管理工作的统筹性和持续性。本文以现代管理学为基础,谈谈解决医院病案统计工作问题的可行性对策。
Case statistics are an important part of hospital management, and they are also an important basis for hospitals to perform various management activities. However, with the continuous advancement of modern hospital management, new models and the use of new equipment, there are more and more problems in the medical record statistics work.
