探讨生脉散对胎儿宫内发育迟缓患者(IUGR)的疗效及对外周血一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1 (ET-1)水平的影响;方法:对18例IUGR患者用生脉散治疗;结果:IUGR治疗前NO水平明显低于治疗后水平 和正常组(P<0.05);结论:生脉散能有效地清除氧自由基,使NO的灭活减少,NO水平升高,恢复NO/ET-1之 间的平衡,从而降低子宫血流阻力,改善胎盘血流灌注,促进IUGR儿的生长发育。
To investigate the effect of Shengmaisan on the intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) and the effect of Shengmaisan on the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in peripheral blood. Methods: Use Shengmai in 18 patients with IUGR Scatter treatment; Results: The level of NO before treatment of IUGR was significantly lower than that after treatment (P<0.05); Conclusion: Shengmaisan can effectively scavenge oxygen free radicals, reduce the inactivation of NO, and increase the level of NO. High, recovery of the balance between NO / ET-1, thereby reducing uterine blood flow resistance, improve the perfusion of placental blood flow, and promote the growth and development of IUGR.
