该文系由北京石油规划设计总院组团，四川石油设计院参加的中国石油天然气总公司液化天然气技术考察小组于1995．8．10～1995．8．24在欧州进行实地考察的技术报告。该文介绍了德国林德公司低温设备厂；斯图加特调峰型液化天然气厂；比利时泽布勒赫调峰型液化天然气厂；挪威斯塔万格2000×104m／d天然气处理厂。该文对于调峰型液化天然气厂的工艺流程、主要设备选型、总图布置、储运部分，以及码头LNG装卸设备都作了基本的介绍。（原考察报告图和照片较多，本文对此作了删节）。
This article is a technical report by the Beijing Petroleum Planning and Design Institute Group and the Sichuan Petroleum Design Institute to participate in the LNG technology inspection team of China National Petroleum Corporation in the field trip in Europe from August 10, 1995 to August 24, 1995. This article introduces the cryogenic equipment plant of Linde in Germany, the peak-liquefied natural gas plant in Stuttgart, the peak-liquefied natural gas plant in Zeebrugge, Belgium, and the 2000 × 104m / d natural gas processing plant in Stavanger, Norway. This article gives a basic introduction to the process flow, main equipment selection, general layout, storage and transportation part of the peaking liquefied natural gas plant and terminal LNG handling equipment.
